Established in June 1997, the Veterinary Housecall Service of Rochester's goal is to provide high quality, compassionate veterinary medical care in the stress free and convenient environment of your own home. Through our affiliation with Monroe Veterinary Associates, we are able to offer hospital care, veterinary surgery, radiology, and laboratory services in addition to our mobile at home housecall care.

Our pet health team consists of Dr. William Murphy and our customer service representative Amie. Amie answers the phone from 8am until 5pm Monday through Friday. If your pet has an after hours emergency, please call Animal Emergency Service at 424-1277.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 9 AM – 7 PM
  • Thursdays: 9 AM – 2 PM
  • Fridays: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturdays: 8 AM – Noon
  • Tuesdays are generally reserved for surgery & office work.

Coverage for veterinary emergencies is handled through our 24 Hour Animal Emergency Service, located at 825 White Spruce Boulevard. Their telephone number is 424-1277.
